I have been enjoying creating artwork on computers since she was four years old when I used to sit on big brother’s knee. I think that's when I first discovered that Graphic Design is my "thing". Being deaf, it was a wonderful visual heaven for me. It gave me language, a feel for art, design and a power to play with images and create dreams. At school I studied graphics, media and photography. I remember being excited in the dark room and that's where I developed my love for photography. I could be on top of Mt Everest without getting cold - I could change the fact that I forgot my school jumper on photo day. I went on to win awards for media, in photography competitions and an award for excellence in my diploma. In 2007 I won 1st prize in the TAFE student association photography competition and 2nd prize in 2006. Being deaf gives me an increased visual awareness and I'd love to share that with you. I am skilled in using Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign. Please take a moment to read my resume. showCV
